Who we are

Crossroads Drug And Alcohol Testing is recognized by the Los Angeles Metropolitan Transportation Department as a Certified Small Business Enterprise. The company is also certified as a minority owned business by several certifying agencies including Southern California Minority Supplier Development Council and the Department of General Services. The company has its origination in 1999 as a distributor of rapid diagnostic devices for drug and alcohol testing. In 2000 Crossroads opened a walk in clinic for drug and alcohol testing in Monrovia Ca. That same year Crossroads became an active member in DATIA (Drug And Alcohol Testing Industry Association). Today, Crossroads operates a local clinic in Duarte, Ca. The company’s primary market is the transportation industry working with all modes of Department of Transportation including Federal Transit Administration (FTA), Federal Railroad Administration (FRA), Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) and Pipeline and Hazardous Material Administration (PHMSA).
